Privacy Policy
Effective July 1, 2026
This policy explains what we collect and why. This is placeholder content for review — replace it with counsel-reviewed language before launch.
What we collect
Account data (your email, display name, and authentication identifiers) is handled by our authentication provider. Content data covers what you publish: listings, reviews, comments, lists, and offers. Usage data covers first-party activity events — page views, clicks, and interactions — which we record to operate the catalog, compute ratings and rankings, and give app owners aggregate analytics.
Lawful basis
We process account and content data to perform our contract with you. First-party domain and activity events are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform; they are aggregated and never sold. Product analytics are processed to understand feature usage.
Your rights
You can access and correct your profile from your account settings, and request deletion of your account at any time. When an account is deleted, personal identifiers are removed; published reviews and public lists may be retained in anonymized form so the catalog's aggregate ratings stay accurate, unless you request erasure.
Processors
We rely on a small set of vendors to run AITDB — hosting, database, authentication, payments, analytics, and content management. They are listed on the Subprocessors page.
