Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of AITDB. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. This is placeholder content for review — replace it with counsel-reviewed language before launch.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are personal; organization plans grant seats to named members. You must provide accurate information and a verified email address for public writes such as submitting an app or posting a review.

Your content

You retain ownership of the reviews, listings, comments, and other content you submit, and you grant AITDB a non-exclusive licence to host and display it on the platform. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

Moderation and enforcement

Content published on AITDB is moderated after the fact. We may remove content, and warn, suspend, or ban accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may appeal any decision once, and appeals are reviewed by an administrator.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, plan entitlements, and billing cycles are shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
