Refund Policy

This policy covers paid AITDB subscriptions. This is placeholder content for review — replace it with counsel-reviewed language before launch.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time from billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to the free tier. Cancelling does not delete your account or your content.

Refunds

If a charge was clearly unintended — an accidental renewal you did not use, or a duplicate charge — contact us within fourteen days and we will refund it. Partial periods are not otherwise refunded.

Organization plans

Seat changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Removing seats mid-cycle does not generate a refund for the remainder of that cycle.
